WinNT variants (NT4, 2000 and XP) don't fully support the Long Filename libraries and system calls that EE:CS uses to deal with the filesystem. Not something that's easily fixed. I did try to get EE:CS working with the Windows interpreter (exw) but there are too many dos_interrupt()s and lots of custom code designed specifically for the DOS platform. Basically, I've coded it into a corner. If I was going to fix it, I'd be taking a look at the Linux port of EE to see if I can steal^H^H^H^H^H borrow the code that makes it work outside DOS. ;) Don't hold your breath though... I've heard good things about both Judith's IDE and the Crimson Editor - maybe you could take a look at those? Carl
