Llama/GTK Enhancements on windows

Hello all,

in order to test J. Brown's Llama/GTK Enhancements on windows,
I downloaded
   http://www.geocities.com/jbrown1050/llamagtk.tar.gz

and GTK dlls
   http://www.geocities.com/jbrown1050/gtkdlls.zip.html

   
Then the Llama setup program says to me:
"Someone needs to include code for making gtkhelp.dll."
"The current version of Llama/GTK will not do this for you."

How can I make/where can I get gtkhelp.dll?
Can anyone help, please? (David Cuny?)
