I'm having a hard time getting worked up about this.  This is only an issue
for setting associations on Windows.  If you're a developer, I can't manage
any sympathy if this is too high a hurdle.  If you're distributing code, then
you shouldn't be relying on file associations.  Either distribute bound or
translated code, or provide a .bat file.

Yes.  They will at least be up on sourceforge.  We just have to get Rob
to agree to put a link on rapideuphoria.com.
