Win does not malfunction due to scratches.
That maybe what MS tells you.. haha.. no no.. because its still not
finished.
They just keep releasing it all.. win98 is just win3.17 + ms. 5.34
They dont change much more than remove some bugs, some version to some year
or increase the version number with a whole number. And off course charge
the full price again..
