Euphoria and Windows resources

I don't know whether the question has been asked before: if one already has something like Borland's Resource Workshop, or Delphi, with which graphic Windows interfaces can be designed easily, is there some way to take a resulting .RC or .RES files and somehow link them to Euphoria? Or if this possibility does not yet exist, is this something that somebody should try to implement? RZ
