Corner Color

Hi to all.
 I have some problem here. I display a bitmap in the screen (Yeah right,
this is nice and cool), with the help os some of you, I could change the
color of the corners, BUT it changes a color of my BMP.
 I used to turn the color of foreground corners by changing the color code
16 of palette.
 Anyone have a sugestion or a solution to change the color of the corners
without changing the color of BMPs being displayied?
 I wait answer...
