I think it is only the main page thats not in english.
It runs mailman, an opensource mailinglist program that is all in
english. http://groups.or.id/mailman/create to start if you want to
try (starting from this point will be all english)


Personally i don't like boards, the replies also can be very slow.
I'd prefer if you run a mailing list server yourself using your
web hosting... not your ISP.
