Deprecated stuff

With GTK version 2, there are a couple of controls which were 
marked "deprecated - don't use in new programs".

Looks like they mean it. The CList, which still works in Linux, 
is not fully operational in Windows. So I guess it's on the way 
out. Fortunately, there's a replacement available, the 
Listview/Treeview. Unfortunately, it's more trouble to use.

Another control marked for deprecation is the option menu. 
That still works in both, but returns a different value for 
Linux vs Windows. 

So, for now, I guess we should take their advice and avoid writing 
any program that uses the CList control. I will remove it from the 
package with the next update.
