Jesus C. is the offical keeper of the most current *release* version. An early pre-alpha can be found on his homepage: As soon as the basic socket functions are coded and tested, I'll shoot my latest version to him for a project update. Main thing left to do right now still is the send and recv functions. That should let people at least start writing simple clients. The library is intended to interface with David Cuny's Win32lib.
