My primary goal is to provide full DOS LFN support for Windoes 95 and
newer versions (The LFN-API is only available when IFSMgr is running,
not under bare	MS-DOS). Those are the operating systems, that
"officially" support long filenames on DOS. I'll be very happy, if I can
achive this goal.

I don't know how compatible with the standard API functions this TSR
program is, but I will test it, of course.
