Hi Jason,
   There is a bug in your Rich Editor, the tool bar is not displayed in 
win98 SE and below. to be more specific comctl32 4.72 and below. This is 
becaus you are not sending the most important message before you add a 
button. ie TB_BUTTONSTRUCTSIZE. i'm not sure. Anyway, i patched it now 
the toolbar shows on win95 comctl 4.71.

Nice piece of code. Thx for this. i love changing editors. it sorta 
makes me 'feel' my code more
