IDE 14.2 Bug Fix

Yet another little bug has been squashed. This bug occurs if you have 
several windows and one or more of them has an UpDown control where you 
have indicated Buddy in Properies. If a window without an UpDown follows 
any window with an UpDown, your Buddy information is lost for the output 
exw but retained in the project file. Therefore the output exw does not 
have the setBuddy statement.
