I'll send you some discussion topics and ideas, that people might want to see or hear about. You could have a "this month's best mails on the list"-section where you order the mails in discussions, announcements and problem-solution's And as to discussions on basic vs Euphoria, Dutch people could try to look up the thread "PowerBasic" in the newsgroup nl.comp.programmeren If it it still their you'll find some1 saying that Powerbasic should be accepted as a real programming language and that is does have structure and other stuff. Most people in that newsgroup program C or Delphi, and are thus also like any "real" programmer anti-basic. (the language made me think of the computer in such weird sick ways, unlike low-level languages as C(++) or high-level languages like Delphi and Euphoria) >Hello, >Now that Pete has brought out an alpha mod player, I think it is time >for a Euphoria diskmag! (If you don't know what a diskmag is check out >http://www.hornet.org). If anybody wants to write some articles for it, >please e-mail them straight to me at stephen.spencer at usa.net. > >I'm not saying this is guaranteed to be finished, but it's something to >try! I'm looking for programming tips, abuse of other languages (plenty >of QBasic!), funny stories, previews of up-and-coming >games/utilities/whatever, stuff like that. > >I look forward to reading your articles, >Stephen Spencer >stephen.spencer at usa.net >
