real mode call

A week ago or so, someone ask how to call real mode assembler routine. At the
time I didn't pay attention to it (sorry) but I just remember that I wrote such
an include file many months ago. the file is rmcall.e (included with this
 message).

The unique global function of this include is CallReadMode()
I don't think it need explanation to use it, see source code.
If any question just ask me.
