IDE- evaluation version

Hi all,

I've put a new version .10 of IDE on my home page 
http://home.flash.net/~camping/judith.htm. This version requires 
win32lib version 55.1 or later. This version is incomplete, meaning I 
know of a few inconsistencies, but is fully functional. Most of the 
changes are involved with moving/expanding the Property and Tool Box and 
the placement of the designed window (e.g. Window 1) in a Form Design 
window that may be moved around and maximized within the IDE client 
area. There are some other enhancements as well which are detailed at 
the top of IDE.htm.
