Carl just emailed me back:

"I'd be absolutely honoured if DateTime made it into the official Euphoria
distribution..."

He did not say it was OK to change the copyright like I asked, so I have
returned an email asking him specifically about that again, but from his total
email, I think he will say yes, but we need to make sure.

He also said that what is on The Archive is not the latest copy. He said please
download the latest copy from: http://www.phodd.net/cyrek/euphoria/
