Hehe, Ya everyone tells me dalnet is no place to use abot. I use dalnet all the time(if i am online i am on dallnet) So it will be where i test the bot I want to expland the bot to be a game bot and maybe a chatter bot. Yea some people hate that but Its mainly for ~me~ so it doesnt matter. About netsplits, thats easy to take care of, make the bot spaw a copy and hop on the other side of the split, with a diff nick. >From: Kat <gertie at PELL.NET> >Reply-To: EUforum at topica.com >To: EUforum at topica.com >Subject: Re: Eu, IRC, Linux, Windows >Date: Fri, 02 Feb 2001 20:23:12 -0800 > >On 2 Feb 2001, at 19:59, Grape Vine wrote: > > > I dont realy need anything done about the slow connection > > I dont plan on using the shell for anything other then > > a stable tcp/ip link to dalnet, keep my channels open > > a topic set.
