Judith, is it expected behavior for the window to take focus immediately upon the mouse cursor hovering over it? That's not what happens in the VB environment... at least, I've not experienced it. I guess it's irrelevant, however, because I can still click on the design window buttons without first having to focus on it... I'm using Win98. Just FYI! -ck
