Hi Kat, When you press the print screen button by itself (on any windows screen) an image of the desktop is copied into the clipboard. So press print screen, startup Microsoft Paint (Start Menu -> Programs -> Accessories -> Paint) and select the "edit", "Paste" menu option and then you can save the screen dump to disc, or print it, email it ... whatever.
