A couple of years ago when win32lib was young I did
a program to convert the .FRM files produced by the VB4
IDE into win32lib format. The code still has to be euphoria
code, but it can be written directly into the vb ide. Trashes
the color syntaxing, but worked ok. From memory I had
a demo of the converter in .frm format that would "build itself".

Probably only of historical value, but if anyone's interested
I can dig it out and post it.
