Hello Ricardo! =A1Saludos!

I know almost nothing about ASP and ASP.NET, but I'm (almost) sure
you can set a "web server" in order to run these dynamic website
scripts on your machine. I just don't know anyone to mention. Sorry.

As for PHP I'd suggest either Xampp or Xampplite (skinner). You can
get both from http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html

As you may wonder, it will install a web server into your system
(Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, etc.), along with MySQL, Perl, PHP
(Xampplite has only PHP5) and more. See at the address above which
suits you better.

People say Xampp(lite) is the easiest way to set (and configure) a
webserver for testing purposes, but I never got mine working
properly. Lack of time, unawareness or just laziness. ;^)

BTW, I've been away a loooong time from this list so I hope this
message make through.

Best,
Euler
