I just don't know anyone to mention. Sorry. As for PHP I'd suggest either Xampp or Xampplite (skinner). You can get both from http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html As you may wonder, it will install a web server into your system (Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, etc.), along with MySQL, Perl, PHP (Xampplite has only PHP5) and more. See at the address above which suits you better. People say Xampp(lite) is the easiest way to set (and configure) a webserver for testing purposes, but I never got mine working properly. Lack of time, unawareness or just laziness. ;^) BTW, I've been away a loooong time from this list so I hope this message make through.
