W32Engin.ew and Mixedlib.e UPDATED

To whom it may concern:

mixedlib.zip and w32engin.zip have been updated.

A bug has been fixed in struct internal function in both files.

The eru.exw utility in w32engin.zip has been updated to
handle RCDATA by returning as a global sequence from a function.

Both files have been tested on ver. 2.5

Both files can be downloaded from the link below.
