S.M.A.R.T Serial Number

Hi All, Does anyone know how to get the S.M.A.R.T serial number of a drive? I know how to get the DOS serial number, but that always changes when someone formats the drive. I need a way to get the S.M.A.R.T serial number. ----If you continue to do what you have always done, you will get what you have always gotten.----
