Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could have Euphoria running on whatever would have grown out of a decision to build the PC around the Motorola 68000 series or the National Semiconductor competitor. So much would be sooooooooo much cleaner with a clean instruction set and general purpose registers from the beginning instead of the abortion represented by the 8080 and it's descendants until just recently. Come to think of it, we're still suffering from it. Look at what most assembler has to work around in the addressing modes of any x86..ugh.
