Um, sorry, I can't help with your technical problem...
But why are you posting a bmp file on the web?
At a guess, you pressed print-screen, pasted it into paintbrush, and saved it.

Do you know you can save in paintbrush as a gif file? (Gif is usually
best for windows screenshots, jpg for screenshots of games.)
