Visual Euphoria wont run

Downloaded visual euphoria, it displays box saying register euphoria to c stuff & then it closes and nothing. Basically it doesn't run on my computer running XP No error file or warning -- Regards Tony Steward IF IT IS TO BE IT IS UP TO ME!
