It prompts you for a file name, right?
enter eg test.ex
then
?1
then <esc>s
now type
ex test
Does it display 1? (without the question mark)
If it does, you just wrote your first program!
You may well need to spend at least a week, and probably longer,
reading the doc/htm files. Get *all* the programs in euphoria/demo to
run, and read through their sources too.
