No, there is a qu-prolog, but I have never liked prolog. This 
Qu I found mentioned on freshmeat is a declarative, procedural 
language sort of like Euphoria. It's fast, interpreted, and has 
exceptions, objects (if you want), threads, built-in support for
sockets, mySQL and GTK. 

As far as I can tell, there are bugs (naturally), and there seems to be 
no user community, mailing list, or anything.
