Bach (again)

I keep coming closer.

Found that Bach behaves somewhat randomly when
its environment variable (BACHDIR) is missing.

Of course there was also a bug in the installer
that caused the env. variable to not get put
into autoexec.bat.

Both problems have been fixed and a new version
(1.4.6) has been uploaded to my site (catexa.com).
