Netstat and kill connections by portnumber

Hello I use netstat.exe in windows to look at active TCP connections. I would like to have a program where I input a portnumber and select stop/finish connection. Where can i find such a small/easy program,? Any ideas? I can't code it (Euphoria) today ,not learned enough, maybee later . /j-s
