Rob: site suggestion: "Highest Rated" User Contributions

Rob,

In addition to "Latest" User Contributions, maybe also have a new category,
"Highest Rated" User Contributions, or something like that, and put it at
the bottom of the site instead?  Would seem more useful to newbies, &
also/thus better marketing.
