I can modify IDE so you can not resize a button in a flat toolbar. I believe
the size it initially shows is correct.

I will work on the drawing of controls in ReBarBands to show the control
completely filling the RebarBand. Also disallow more than one button in a
Flat toolbar within a RebarBand since it will be ignored anyway.

I don't follow what you were trying to do. Could you explain a little more.
I'd like to provide a better message than the one you got. This message
really should not appear since it was in a routine I expected never to
happen. The routine was more or less a dummy test to prevent a crash.
