It was first released with NT 5.0 and contains gradient fill and
transparentBlt. I think it should work on 95.

(both of those are the 52K NT5 version which ships with win98)
put it in your windows/system directory.
Warning - there are win2000 versions of this DLL, much smaller at 5K,
which will NOT work with win98.
