Actually I make no use of Win32lib whatever except to want to use
the 'IDE' that apparently uses 'multiEditor.exw' which I like.

I created the IDE with IDE18-20.zip downloaded from the site that
supplies it (Judy ?).

I brought the 'IDE18-20.zip' file to my laptop (Win 2000 Pro)
from my desktop and unzipped it.

It wants Win32lib....so I brought down the latest version,
referenced in the note, (19-SEP-2004) and installed.

I created a shortcut to 'multiEditor.exw', clicked on it and get the error.

One probably relevant thing...I am (trying) to duplicate the desktop
setup on the laptop....the only difference is that the desktop version
of Win32lib is 60.1  versus the latest on the laptop, 60.6.
