Attention all Win32LIb users

I have just updated and fixed bugs in my win32eru.exw
for use with latest version of the win32lib.

This Utility allows you to use a standard Window's .RES ( resource )
file in your win32lib program. It automatically creates a Euphoria
include file from any 32-bit .res file.
