Win4Eu update

A little update on the progress of Win4Eu:

Today I've managed to show a window, which does absolutely nothing.
This doesn't seem very exciting, but I find it very exciting. I've
been working on Win4Eu for a few weeks now, and it's the first time
I see more than a message box or a console test.

The code to show this window looks like this:
