EUforum passes all posted messages to Topica for e-mail delivery.
After that, it's Topica's job to deliver them. I don't think
Topica has any way of sending only the "relevant" messages to you.
Maybe you can set up a filter on your e-mail client
to scan for your name in the message body.

If you feel you are getting too many messages,
you could unsubscribe from Topica and just use the
EUforum Web interface.
