Yeah, real estate is about as far from software as you can get. But,
"specificity" being more successful in advertising was the point relevant
to the thread regarding using sex to advertise...

This summer, while driving arround in Savannah, I drove past a scantily 
clad buxom girl in a bikini holding a sign over her head. I must have 
passed by that girl three times.  I have no idea what was written on 
the sign.
