Has any open-source license ever been tested in any court ? Does it have the same weight of enforcement in every country ? Euphoria is used through out the world. What are the legal obligations of someone who develops the improvements. If the users find that open-source is not exactly what they thought it was there will be no way to go back to the way it is now.
