Your program is trying to track the usage of a resource for a specific owner,
but that resource is already owned by something else.

I know that this explanation is of no use at all, but that's the technical
reason for the error message. To help resolve it, I'd need to see the source code
and steps you did to get the message.

Can you reproduce it at will or does it happen at 'random'?

Are you using lots of bitmaps, fotns, direct drawing, etc...?
