GA Math program

Hi all,

I have uploaded the GA Math program to RDS, warts and all.  It is better now
than when I did it in C years ago.  With the functionality of David Cuny's
eval.e, it is now possible to type in a formula and let the math "beings" chew on
it.  Previously I had to wire the formula into the code.

This is somewhere between a demo and a program, I guess.  It works, but perhaps
its biggest feature is its "improvability".  The scope for improvement is
impressive indeed :^D

The only other thing worth mentioning is it has my long file support routine
Open() in it, though it isn't much used in this program.  I wrote this a few
weeks back because the need was there, and I'll be probably be using it often.
