"Table Database Manager" in archives

Has anyone used (or "installed") the program in the archives called "{HYPERLINK
"setup2.exe"}Table
Database Manager" ? It's an exe with apparently two levels of hiding the Eu
source code, as a compressed .z file and then with an Inno installer. I'd like
to see examples of how to use the MyWindows files, but i don't want to
"install" anything from Table Database Manager.
