win32lib v0.54

I'm delaying the release of v0.54 due to two major bugs I haven't tracked
down yet. They occur only in Win9x (Win NT doesn't have them) when you open
a modal window, and when you click on the arrow button on a combo box. These
will crash the application. I suspect that they are also in v0.53 but not
sure.

Also, I have to go to Sydney next week for work, so I won't have a lot of
time to devote to it.
