Hi,
its actually a lot more complex than VB verses Delphi ( and I do use both)
'cos in the VB design, each of the tool panels are totally moveable and
dockable. The position and size of each panel can be changed. You can select
which panels you want docked together. See the attachements for just two of
the millions of combinations.
