Actually, you're quite right.
I'm a very stressed-out short fused person.
I have a right to be, because I work so damned much.
Working at the office, then going home and start working on about 70 other
projects... It's killing me...
The doctor said no computers for a month, and a lot of sleep, after my last
episode. I'm just peeking to see what's up. I'm in rehab for my heart now too,
and those anxiety meds you listed, I take 1mg of Xanax every night and 1mg of
Seroxat every meal to keep me calm.
I used to take Inderal, wich is a Beta blocker, for my tachycardia (= heart
rythm going nuts) but it lowered my BP to 6, so they had to fight it at the
source with sedatives.
Anyways, I think the nurses holding me down when I tried to punch my doctor in
the face immediatly saw what the problem was :p Fast diagnose ;)
Later men, just one more post and it's back to anti stress audio tapes...
