When I try to open a .dll file , it returnes 0 . I even type the =
directory :
c:\\windows\\<whatever>.dll
I also tried :
c:\windows\<whatever>.dll
I even copy the dll file to the include & bin dir, but it also does not =
work .
Thanks for any help .
