Hello Euler and Ricardo, I was looking after a way to delete files locked by windows ('index.dat' files, e.g. in the 'cookies' folder), and Ricardo and I had a little discussion about that. Euler, maybe that's what you remember? Ricardo wrote: >> Not very important for me now, but anyway I'm interested. >> Every bit of knowledge is important ACK. I was looking after a way to delete files locked by windows *without* the need to reboot the computer -- maybe impossible ... Fortunately, it was very easy to convert my windows Eu program to a DOS Eu program. This program is now called in 'autoexec.bat', that is before windows starts, and so it can delete the required files. Anyway, thanks for your attentiveness! > --Euler Regards, Juergen
