I don't know about rebol,but as far as making windows programs,
I have been using a G.U.I library created by David Cuny(a euphoria
programmer) which kind of simulates windows.The interface looks just like 
windows and behaves like windows.If I were to compare the simplicity,I would 
definately say it was simple to program windows
in euphoria using this library.Much simpler then,say,programming
windows with visual c++.The library gives you quick control over
the graphical elements and is almost constantly being updated by
other users. Very simple,yet powerful,I havent found the same
power/simplicity ratio anywhere.
