So: you still not got linux yet (tip: buy a new hard drive & risk 
formatting it!) Let me know what you find difficult & I'll see if I 
can help - I have SuSe on the 2nd half of my 2nd hard disk without 
having damaged my existing win98 setup, it is lovely but doesn't 
recognise my old monitor fully/properly, modem, soundcard, or 
cd-writer. 
If, er - make that When I replace this piece of junk, (48MB, 233MHz) 
then  I'll go Linux mainly, winduz part time.
