New Euphoria, Win32Lib, and IDE not Working

I just installed EU2.5, Win32Lib6.006, and Judith's IDE19.1 When I run the IDE, none of the menu options work, minimize, maximize, and close buttons also do not work. I've been using EU2.4, WinLib6.005 and IDE18.23 without problems. This is on an XP machine. Please help, converting back will not be easy.
